Policies
Everyone within the basketball community wants to have fun and enjoy the game. That’s why it’s important for all members of the St Christopher’s Junior Basketball Club community to be familiar with the policies and procedures, to ensure smooth and fair operations across all activities.
The Tribunal addresses inappropriate behaviour both on and off the court. Hearings are typically managed by local associations on behalf of Basketball Victoria to uphold standards of conduct and ensure accountability within the basketball community.
Basketball Victoria’s codes of conduct
Basketball Victoria Codes of Conduct set clear expectations for all participants. This code is designed to enhance the experience of everyone involved, fostering positive participation and encouraging long-term involvement in basketball.
The Codes of Conduct applies to administrators, coaches, officials, parents, players and spectators. Any breaches may result in disciplinary action under Basketball Victoria’s Tribunal By-laws.
