Transferring from another club
St. Christopher’s Junior Basketball Club warmly welcomes new members to the club.
If you’ve played with another Keilor Basketball club in the past, you’ll need to get a clearance/transfer from your previous club before playing with St. Christopher’s Junior Basketball Club.
The transfer process is initiated once registration is started at a new club through your PlayHQ form. Once approved by both clubs and the KBA, an email will be sent to you to finalise registration.
Include your past basketball experience on the registration form, so we can place you in a team best suited to your skill and experience.
If you’ve come from a club outside the KBA, for example a club that plays in the Coburg or Broadmeadows associations, no clearance is required.
Deadlines for transfers
Clearances within a season must be lodged by 11:59pm the Friday before round 3 and finalised by 11:59pm the Friday before round 4. Clearances must be fully approved to play on the Saturday.
