• All effort must be made to avoid a walkover
• The club’s expectation is that if a team has four players, including players registered to the team and/or fill-in players, the team will play their game.

Seeking fill-in players

• If you know you will be short of players, contact the boys and girls coordinator to seek fill-in players
• Coaches and team managers can also request fill-in players via WhatsApp chats
• KBA fill-in rules must be abided by.

Teams of less than 4 players

• If additional players can’t be sourced, notify the coordinator before 8pm on the Wednesday prior to the game, so that they can ensure that the walkover is notified to the KBA. If you don’t receive a response from the boys and girls coordinator, contact the President
• Walkovers notified by Wednesday prior to the game are penalised the scoresheet component of the game fee for their team only
• Unnotified and late notification of walkovers are penalised two scoresheet fees.

Walkover points

• Players in the team giving the walkover will not be awarded a game qualification towards finals eligibility, and the team will receive zero points for that week which will affect their team’s position on the ladder.
• All registered players of the team receiving the walkover will be awarded a game qualification towards finals eligibility.
