Please see an important notice from the KBA about the remainder of the 2021 Winter season. The fixturing of the remainder of the season will depend on when we return to play from this lockdown. We all hope that is sooner rather than later!
It is important to note, that fixtures will include games for all teams (except where there is a bye) through and including the weekend of 11/12 September 2021.
The following were considered in the decision for how to play out the remainder of the season:
- maximising games for all players
- the compromised fixture due to disrupted season
- an acknowledgement that all players and teams have been impacted by missed games due to the disrupted season.
We are all very disappointed that the season has not gone as planned but believe the decisions that have been made about the remainder of the season, are the best way of giving more players and teams an opportunity to play.
NEXT SEASON
Planning for next season must still proceed despite the current lockdown, so please ensure that you have notified your coach/team manager of your intentions for next season. The sooner we get all the team information, the sooner we can work on finalising team lists.

STAY READY
We hope our members are staying ready and working on their fitness, core strength and skills (e.g., ball handling and shooting). Skipping is great for basketball fitness!

Critically, we do need volunteers to nominate for committee roles and urge you to seriously consider volunteering now. The club is totally reliant on volunteers to provide an organised and safe environment for our children to learn and play basketball….we need you!
